When you rent your luxury vacation home to us through the Eragon Homes platform, we add it to the Eragon portfolio and make it available exclusively to Eragon Homes subscribers and guests – trusted, repeat travelers we know by name.

If your home is in one of our target markets and meets our comprehensive brand standards, we’ll offer to rent it for inclusion in the Eragon Homes portfolio. In exchange, you’ll receive fixed rental income, a dedicated team to handle property management, vetted Eragon guests, flexible owner usage, and travel benefits.

All homes must meet Eragon Home’s comprehensive brand standards. This includes a desirable location, high-end finishes and furnishings, and amenities that can include gourmet kitchens, private pools and hot tubs, expansive outdoor spaces, and other features. While markets vary in price, the value of homes accepted to the Eragon portfolio typically exceeds one million dollars.

We have a variety of flexible rental arrangements. The profile is different for each home, and varies greatly by market, asset type, required owner investment, desired owner usage, and other factors. If your home qualifies, our team will provide you with a custom rental proposal.

Eragon members have high expectations, so our in-destination teams maintain our rented homes under rigorous best-in-class standards, far beyond typical property management companies. This comprehensive approach, combined with an unmatched rental history, helps maximize property value for our landlords.

Your home will be available exclusively to Eragon members and vetted guests—trustworthy, repeat travelers with whom we maintain an ongoing, repeat-travel relationship.
