When you rent your luxury vacation home to us through the Eragon Homes platform, we add it to the Eragon portfolio and make it available exclusively to Eragon subscribers and guests – trusted, repeat travelers we know by name.

Once you have found a vacation home that you would like to purchase, we will consult with you to determine if the property meets our rigorous brand standard for inclusion in the Eragon Homes portfolio. We’ll then introduce you to our local real estate partners to assist with the purchase. After closing, we can rent your new home so you can enjoy fixed rental income, a dedicated team to handle property management, vetted Eragon guests, flexible owner usage, and Eragon travel benefits.

While we are currently based in Washington, we are also looking to rent exceptional luxury vacation homes in top vacation destinations throughout the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, and select additional markets.

All the homes we lease must meet Eragon Homes’ comprehensive brand standards. This includes a desirable location, high-end finishes and furnishings, and amenities that can include gourmet kitchens, private pools and hot tubs, expansive outdoor spaces, and other features. While markets vary in price, the value of homes accepted for the Eragon portfolio typically exceeds one million dollars.

We have a variety of flexible rental arrangements available. The profile is different for each home, and varies greatly by market, asset type, required owner investment, desired owner usage, and other factors. Our team can provide you with a detailed proposal for qualified homes that you are interested in.

Eragon members have high expectations, so our teams maintain our rented homes under rigorous best-in-class standards, far beyond typical property management companies. This comprehensive approach, combined with an unmatched rental history, helps maximize property value for our landlords.

Your home will be available exclusively to Eragon Homes members and their guests—trustworthy, repeat travelers with whom we maintain an ongoing relationship.

We will work with you to create a custom usage plan that fits your family’s unique needs while helping to maximize your rental income.

As an owner, you will receive a complimentary Eragon Club subscription, valued at $1,500 per year, each year during the term of your rental agreement, granting you access to travel within the Eragon portfolio at members-only rates.
